We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, let us know in your return request and we'll coordinate the swap.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@evergladeathletics.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
